What to do next Once you have joined EAP invite your contacts and connections to your Network on Ecademy either using the Invitation System, your own E-mail program and/or your own web site with Ecademy banners and logo's. Ecademy Invitation System Ecademy Invitation System is a simple online form for you to enter E-mail addresses of your contacts to refer Ecademy to them and add them to your Network. It also includes an E-mail template of text which you can use or alter if you wish. Note it's very important to use the URL's that are generated in the E-mail template as the ?xref=9999 (9999 being your Ecademy account number - your account number is displayed at the top of your account settings) for example http://www.ecademy.com?xref=8 will allocate the referred member to account number 8's Network when they join having clicked on the link. The ID number can be used at the end of any URL linking to Ecademy. helps the system to identify the referred contact when they arrive to the Ecademy website. As well as being quick and easy (you can enter or copy and paste up to 500 E-mails into the form at any one time), the system also stores the E-mail securely in your profile so when your contact joins Ecademy we have another check to match them up and join your Network automatically, the system also checks to see if the E-mail address is already in the Network, if it is the invitation is not sent, instead, you are both joined up to each other Networks and a notification message sent to the member. Finally the system also lets people who are receiving your invitations opt-out of any future ones (by them sending an E-mail to the system) Your own E-mail program The same principles apply as above for the referral text you use (below is an example you can copy and paste), it's the URL's that are important so ensure you have ?xref=9999 (9999 being your Ecademy account number - your account number is displayed at the top of your account settings), for example http://www.ecademy.com?xref=8 will allocate the referred member to account number 8's Network when they join having clicked on the link. The ID number can be used at the end of any URL linking to Ecademy. Linking to Ecademy from your web site Banners and logo's are available to put onto your web site to link to Ecademy, again the same principle applies, as long as the URL has the ?xref= and your Ecademy ID at the end: ?xref=9999 (9999 being your Ecademy account number - your account number is displayed at the top of your account settings) the visitor will be connected when they join. Logo's and Banners You'll have access to many Ecademy logo's and banners you can use on your website and/or E-mails.
